Manages small team of developers currently working on a number of enhancements and additional tools. Architect of in-house content management system, site infrastructure and security, and a number of web development business processes and procedures. Collaborates closely with Marketing staff and graphic designers about web development needs. Also member of the development team responsible for development assignments including my own. Site welcomes over 12 million visitors a year.

Managed the web application conversion from Java to .NET. Developed and implemented an in-house content management system, including an administrative portal for automating nearly three dozen business processes. This system processes in excess of 100,000 new students annually and distributed over $330 million in stipends last fiscal year.
